For example, the stunning Golden Gate National park is just 17km from the guest house, and we recommend it as a must-see attraction. The Golden Gate offers stunning scenery over a vast area, with plenty of opportunity for walking and hiking plus a wealth of wildlife and other features, and canoeing and horse riding are among the many pursuits you can enjoy in the park. We also recommend you visit the fascinating Basotho Cultural Village for a glimpse of a very different way of life.

At Clarens Eddies we don’t offer breakfast, but it can be arranged at local restaurants via us. We do, however, offer DSTV, braai facilities, free uncapped Wi-Fi, complete kitchen facilities in some of the units and private off-road parking, plus individual entries to each unit with no sharing of facilities.
