We offer you stylish comfort at affordable prices when you choose to stay with us at award winning Clarens Eddies B&B or fabulous self-catering units, and in-between your adventures we will take good care of you and your family, especially as Clarens is the ideal holiday destination for the whole family, from toddlers to grandparents.

For the most exhilarating, breathtaking and scenic view of this area that is so beautiful it will stir any soul! Take a trip in a hot air balloon and tick it off your bucket list! You will then have flown the way that man did when they first started trying to fly; just imagine the photographs you can take back home after taking up that challenge.

There is an abundance of well marked and easily accessible mountain walks surrounding the area, which range from easy to more energetic, but no matter what your level of fitness is, you will find the perfect walk to help clear away the cobwebs and breathe in the fresh air.

Through the Clarens Village Mountain Nature Reserve you will find the Maluti View and Scilla Walk, which are considered the easier walks, and the moderate Kloof Mountain Trail that will lead you to stunning views.  For those who are a lot more energetic, get those hiking boots on and head up to breathtaking vistas by taking the Sky Contour Path and Caracal Contour which lead to a higher elevation.  The ultimate is the Sentinel 35m chain ladder walk in Mont aux Sources in the Drakensberg, a unforgettable challenge!!

If you are a 4×4 enthusiast you will get much pleasure out of the Rebellie 4×4 Trails which offer two different routes with trails that have a difficulty grading of 3 to 5, which will take you between 4-6 hours to complete. This terrain is varied with rocks, mud, river crossings, sand and sandstone, everything a  4×4 enthusiast could hope for!
